上半身保持水平不動,力量從大腿根部肌肉帶動,移動腳側髖關節較高,重心腳側則較低,小腿腳踝完全放鬆。
這樣走路跟我以前(錯誤)走路方式完全相反,很容易可以達到肩膀和腳的反向律動,上半身也能水平不會高低起伏。不過腹部和背部肌肉都超用力,練一會兒就酸痛不已,還有整脊效果喔 囧 
感謝Fish熱心分享阿根廷上課經驗,我會努力練習的!(這時候覺得日文的「勉強」實在太貼切了呀 XD)
