[Recipe] Mango Sorbet 芒果雪酪
Ice Cream Cone with Many Colored Scoops
做冰淇淋很麻煩的就是鮮奶油打發和最後成形必須不時攪拌,雖然說買台冰淇淋機就可以解決這個問題,不過畢竟是有點雞肋的設備,對著網拍垂涎總是遲遲沒有下手。
這個食譜把麻煩步驟稍微簡化,使用果汁機打發鮮奶油快速又方便,但是成形過程的攪拌還是得靠手工運作,這樣也可以安慰自己至少有運動一下吃冰淇淋才不會胖 XD
食譜翻譯自:E‧Recipe マンゴーのグラニテ
[材料]
芒果1個
鮮乳200-250ml
細砂糖2-3大匙
鮮奶油4大匙
無糖優格100ml
薄荷葉(裝飾用)適量
[作法]
1. 鮮乳加入砂糖攪拌至均勻融化,倒入淺容器中置於冷凍庫冰1小時後取出,用叉子撥成冰砂狀。
2. 芒果削皮,果肉切塊加入鮮奶油、優格,用果汁機打勻後倒入1中拌勻,再放入冷凍庫冰1小時。
3. 將2取出用叉子撥鬆,盛入冰過的容器中,用薄荷葉裝飾。
